Payment for electronic entries must be received within 24 hours of entering the show.

I agree to enter the above cat at my own risk.

I agree to abide by and uphold the Rules of The International Cat Association.

I agree to abide by the rulings of the Show Committee.

I understand that phone/fax/e-mail entry constitutes an agreement to pay for my entries even if I fail to bench, or withdraw from the show.

* NO REFUNDS! Once entry has been received, only substitutions may be made, for a fee.

I agree to pay by Paypal or by mailing a check payable to Great Lakes Cat Consortium Inc, covering the expenses for my entries as posted on the Summary Form for this show within 5 working days to the entry clerk.
