Airport |
The closest airport is Lansing, MI (LAN-Capital Region Intl.) Complimentary shuttle to the Radisson Hotel. Detroit Metro (DTW) is a about 1 1/2 hours away. Flint, Michigan (Bishop International Airport (FNT) is 50 minutes away. Grand Rapids (GRR) is about 45 minutes away. THERE IS NO CLUB TRANSPORTATION, since the show hotel offers free shuttle from LAN airport. |

Check In |
Check in will be from 2:30 to 3:30pm Friday, and 8:00 to 9:00 am Saturday. |

Show Hours |
Show hours will be 4pm 10pm Friday, and 9 am-5 pm Saturday and Sunday No one may leave before the advertised show hours without permission of the Show Management. |

Supplies |
Cat litter will be provided in the show hall only. Please bring your own litter trays. No cat food will be provided. |

Cages |
Single cages (1/2 cage) are 22x22x22; Double cages (whole cage) are 22x44x22 The top, sides and back of cages MUST be covered. Grooming space is 22x44x22. ***If you enter one cat, you will receive 1/2 wire cage, and cannot bring your own cage unless you buy the extra 1/2 cage, regardless of your tent size. No grooming spaces will be allowed unless you have purchased an even number of cage spaces. |

Benching |
All exhibitors will have assigned benching. Benching requests MUST be clearly indicated on the summary sheets, and we will try to accommodate all requests. No one may change their benching without permission of Show Management. Cats and kittens may not be stored in kennels or carriers under the cages. |

For Sale |
Cats and kittens for sale will be permitted. Cages are restricted to one cat or two kittens per 1/2 cage. Kittens must be 3 calendar months of age and have evidence of litter or individual registration in TICA. |

Health Rules |
This is a non-vetted show. It is recommended that all entries be up to date on all immunizations. Any cats showing evidence of fungus, ear mites, fleas, or a contagious disease will be removed from the show hall as well as any other cats from the same household. HHP adults must be altered. All claws, front and back, on all entries must be clipped prior to benching. |

Registration |
All cats in competition may be shown once in TICA with a pending registration number. Subsequent shows without a registration number will not be scored. (This includes Household Pet Kittens) All Preliminary New Breed, Advanced New Breed and New Trait entries must be registered to be shown. |

Awards |
Each entry will receive a rosette at the beginning of the show. Award plaques will be given in all rings. |

Show Rules |
This show is sanctioned by The International Cat Association and is subject to their rules and regulations (available from the TICA Executive Office, PO Box 2684, Harlingen, TX 78551). By entering, all exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the Show Committee and Judges. Great Lakes Cat Consortium, Inc., the Radisson Lansing & The Lansing Center, and all individuals involved in any aspect of show production, will be held harmless for any damages, claims, losses, etc. of/to the exhibitor and/or his/her entries. |

Payment |
Emailed entries will be accepted; however payment must be mailed within 24 hours. We also accept credit cards and echecks via PayPal. PayPal is free, to sign up just go to PayPal.com. Payments should be made to the following address: toledoshow@aol.com Checks returned by the bank for any reason must be immediately repaid, including a bounced check fee of $50 per check. CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO "GLCC" OR "GREAT LAKES CAT CONSORTIUM." |

Clerks & Stewards |
Clerks and stewards are always needed and greatly appreciated. Please indicate on your summary sheet if you are able to clerk or steward. Do NOT deduct clerking/stewarding fees from your entry fees. Payment will be given at the end of the day/weekend. Clerking pays $105 for the weekend and assigned by rings. Stewarding pays $60 for the weekend. |
